Mission:

Leaders of Tomorrow Empowerment Center was created to empower, equip, and support student leaders with the ability to run a successful Leaders of Tomorrow Student Run Group.

What is the Empowerment Center?

Leaders of Tomorrow Empowerment Center is a Non-Profit Business License that can be purchased by either an Individual or an organization that has a vested intrest in developing leadership within their community. The Organization is designed to empower campus student run groups in establishing a strong foundation, global/regional systems connection, and overall systemic support. Empowerment Centers will be strategically placed regionally as to impact the most universities and colleges internationally.  This non-profit organization assists students in running the L.O.T. student run groups efficiently and effectively while instilling leadership principles into their peers. It also offers many opportunities for college students to get involved in the community and put into practice the skills and principles taught within the Leaders of Tomorrow program. An example of such an opportunity is the mentorship program operated by our non-profit partner Young Dreamers United.

Leaders Of Tomorrow Empowerment Center will oversee the development of Student-Run Groups by establishing them within local universities and colleges as student organizations. This will be accomplished by identifying a committed and strong pilot group of students to run its first year as the board members of that campus group. The Empowerment Center will assist these campus run organizations by providing templates for the monthly themes (including topics, activities, resources for the weekly meetings) while allowing the board members to be creative, innovative, and thoughtful of each individual meeting. The Empowerment Center will connect other Leaders Of Tomorrow activated campuses through community events. The EC will manage, collect, track, and provide financing of the Leaders Of Tomorrow student run groups.  We will also assist in connecting the students to important and influential speakers, as well as provide inspirational discussion and insight on leadership.  Finally, the Empowerment Center will be helping with setting up a mentorship system between the college students and the local campus alumni who have pursued similar interests/fields, through the colleges/universities. All of this will be achieved by the Empowerment Center for they will provide the structure, foundation, assistance, and development of each student run group within their region.
